Amy Ladden - Owner - Instructor

Amy has over 18 years experience teaching clients of varied abilities. After over 20 years in the fashion industry, she left the corporate world to devote her time fully to her pilates practice. Amy is a firm believer in the transformative power of pilates. Having strguggled with back pain for years due to scoliosis, she tried pilates to strengthen her "core" and it literally changed her life. Amy received her certifications from STOTT pilates. The STOTT philosophy builds on the original body of work by Joseph Pilates while incorporating modern, up to date knowledge about proper body mechanics. Amy is certified in IMP, IMR, ICCB, Total Barre and Injuries and Special Populations. Amy is firm believer that Pilates is for Every Body and she's happy to program a workout specifically for you and your body's needs.

Talya Disler - Instructor

As a classically trained Pilates teacher Tal is a passionate follower of the Joseph Pilates movement method, Contrology. Pilates himself suffered from various physical and mental ailments and worked to find a way to achieve and promote healing, strength and endurance. The Pilates method stands the test of time as the most efficient program of physical improvement. It emphasizes a strong mind-body connection. As a modern woman, Talya has first-hand experience in both injury and healing and attributes her pilates practice to her personal healing. Pilates continues to remedy her and she has been spreading the Pilates love for the last 7 years, from the UK to Canada, and now she has the honor of educating and empowering the bodies of St. Pete, Florida. Classically trained, Talya is qualified in pre/post natal, injury rehab, pain education and alleviation, and general fitness. Alongside her qualifications as a Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, her main goal is to help you achieve yours. She is so grateful to be a guide, a support, and an advocate for your health journey.

Clare Allard - Instructor

Clare is a Certified Pilates instructor with a professional background in Physiotherapy. She gained her Pilates training through the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and has taught Mat and Apparatus based Pilates since 2010 in both clinical and fitness studio settings. After becomming a mother of two, she developed a particular passion for teaching ante/post natal women. Her knowledge as a physiotherapist coupled with her pilates certification and personal experience uniquely qualifies her to see moms and moms to be safely through their pre and post natal challenges. Clare’s physiotherapy background includes working with sports injuries, lower back pain, post surgical patients, orthopaedic conditions, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Clare draws from her physiotherapy background when teaching pilates to help clients achieve their rehab and/or and fitness goals. In addition to teaching apparatus sessions her, Clare also teaches a variety of mat classes here in town.
