Amy Ladden Owner - Instructor

Amy has over 20 years experience teaching clients of varied abilities. After over 20 years in the fashion industry, she left the corporate world to devote her time fully to her pilates practice. Amy is a firm believer in the transformative power of pilates. Having struggled with back pain for years due to scoliosis, she tried pilates to strengthen her "core" and it literally changed her life. Amy received her certifications from STOTT pilates. The STOTT philosophy builds on the original body of work by Joseph Pilates while incorporating modern, up to date knowledge about proper body mechanics. Amy is certified in IMP, IMR, ICCB, Total Barre and Injuries and Special Populations. Feel free to ask her if you're interested in any of the following: OOV training, jumpboard interval training, athletic conditioning, tower training, pilates for golfers, pre-natal and post-natal pilates. Amy is firm believer that Pilates is for Every Body and she's happy to program a workout specifically for you and your body's needs.

Jennifer Masson, MS, RDN, NCPT - Instructor

Jennifer is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and Registered Dietitian whose work sits at the intersection of intentional movement and functional nutrition. A Pilates practitioner since 2002, Jennifer's path to teaching was driven purely by passion — a love for the method that deepened over decades before becoming her calling.

Trained comprehensively through Balanced Body and further refined through a master's mentorship in the classical Pilates method with Lesley Logan. She brings both depth of training and a deeply personal perspective to her teaching. That personal dimension took on new meaning when Jennifer used Pilates to rebuild strength and reclaim her body following a brain tumor and multiple surgeries — an experience that continues to shape how she shows up for every client.

A New Jersey native who has called Pinellas County home for 24 years, Jennifer is deeply rooted in this community. She creates a space where movement feels purposeful and progress feels personal — helping clients build strength, mobility, and lasting confidence from the inside out.
