Amy Ladden Owner - Instructor
Amy has over 19 years experience teaching clients of varied abilities. After over 20 years in the fashion industry, she left the corporate world to devote her time fully to her pilates practice. Amy is a firm believer in the transformative power of pilates. Having strguggled with back pain for years due to scoliosis, she tried pilates to strengthen her "core" and it literally changed her life. Amy received her certifications from STOTT pilates. The STOTT philosophy builds on the original body of work by Joseph Pilates while incorporating modern, up to date knowledge about proper body mechanics. Amy is certified in IMP, IMR, ICCB, Total Barre and Injuries and Special Populations. Feel free to ask her if you're interested in any of the following: OOV training, jumpboard interval training, athletic conditioning, tower training, pilates for golfers, pre-natal and post-natal pilates. Amy is firm believer that Pilates is for Every Body and she's happy to program a workout specifically for you and your body's needs.
Janan Haffar Hage - Instructor
Janan has been a fitness enthusiast for most of her life. In 2017 Janan started her pilates journey in Ghana, West Africa. She traveled to Dubai for her STOTT Pilates training and certification. Once completed, she taught Pilates at P4PILATES in Accra, Ghana for 5 years before moving to St.Petersburg, Florida with her family. Janan is STOTT Certified in Mat, Reformer, ISP (Injuries and Special Populations) and Barre. In addition to Pilates, Janan is also certified in all the Zumba formats, Insanity, and Bodyworks. Janan’s passion is movement. She takes great pleasure in helping clients achieve their fitness goals and helping them overcome physical ailments through proper movement patterns. She believes in the saying by Joe Pilates, "You are only as old as your spine is flexible.
Gaida Paulovska - Instructor
Gaida Paulovska has been a Pilates, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Melt method, Yamuna method and Rehab specialist for over 25 years. Her biggest passion and love is to help people recover from injuries, surgeries and other physical conditions. To see people rehabilitated and getting back on their feet successfully is Gaida’s greatest satisfaction. Aspects of her teaching process include helping clients understand body mechanics, posture alignment and the neuromuscular/mind and body connection. Functional movement mechanics are also integrated into this collective teaching template for a successful recovery and rehabilitation.
Gaida grew up in Latvia where she studied at the prestigious Latvian National Opera Ballet Academy. She went on to perform for 30 years all over the world as a Prima Ballerina. In America, she performed with the Anaheim Ballet Company, the Inland Pacific Ballet Company, the Los Angeles City Ballet and the Los Angeles Opera. Gaida’s passion for dance extends to the Argentine Tango, which she partakes in frequently.
Christine Jenks - Instructor
Christine is a certified Classical Power Pilates Instructor, a graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and alumni of The Boston Conservatory. She is passionate about helping others feel better from the inside out through physical activity, clean eating, and mindset. She believes life is meant to be enjoyed and to embrace the knowledge gained from the highs and lows in life. With a professional dance career spanning over fifteen years, Christine performed in Boston, New York City, Las Vegas and sailed around the world with Holland America. Christine was first introduced to Pilates in the 1990’s in NYC. The exercise method resonated deeply with her and she knew one day she’d get her own certification to teach others this incredibly effective method of movement. That day came when she started her education and became fully certified in 2006. Through her teaching, she has witnessed her clients be relieved from chronic pain, stand taller, display more confidence, and move with ease; creating an overall sense of well being. Christine has also taught dance, spin, TotalBarre, TRX, and Zumba. Her favorite quote by Joseph Pilates, “Change happens through movement and movement heals.”
Kaylie Caires - Instructor
Kaylie is a life long student of movement and body mechanics. She began her journey in California as a dancer. She has spent the last decade moving through the country and continuing to expand her practice and knowledge.
Kaylie is a fully certified STOTT PILATES®️ Instructor and GYROTONIC®️ Method trainer. She holds a graduate certificate in movement education and is currently working towards a NASM personal training certification. Her teaching encompasses a love for anatomy and great attention to detail. She brings a kind and open teaching style to the work.
Her passion is to help others find confidence in their bodies. She believes that once you find possibility in your movement and strength you can see even more possibility in other parts of life. There's nothing like accomplishing a Pilates “Teaser” to know that you can accomplish anything!
